Matt Brown, owner

Matt has owned and operated Enterprise Staffing for 4 years. He’s a Louisiana native who graduated LSU with an bachelor’s in business management. He loves connecting job seekers with the right company and believes hard work, integrity and perseverance are the keys to running a successful business.

Matt is a proud member of team Pork Tchoupitoulas for Hogs for the Cause and has been a hotshot firefighter with the USDA Forest Service for 10 years.

Kelly McGovern, lead recruiter

Kelly has 12 years experience in the staffing industry, specializing in sales, recruiting and account management. She’s been with Enterprise Staffing since Day 1 and seen it grow into the effective machine it is today.

Kelly is from LaPlace and attended Southeastern University. Kelly revels in finding people jobs and the employers the right fit for the job. She aims to keep up great communication with all her employers and be an asset for all her job-seekers.
