Newell Normand:

Folks, we’re visiting with Matt from Enterprise Staffing. And Matt, tell us about some of the advantages of having a flexible workforce.

Matt Brown:

Well, I mean there’s a few advantages. One that’s a main advantage is the ability to scale up and scale down. This is going to allow you to take on larger projects, allow customer for growth, allow to also reduce costs. And when I say that they don’t have to maintain a hiring department. Thus, like I said, decreasing their overhead. And we also, with that being said, we’re going to cover your workman’s comp, covering your general liability, your job boards and unemployment insurance. It’s just not always easy to find that needle in the haystack. It takes a lot of time and resources to filter through these candidates. And with our expertise, I think we do a pretty good job. And at Enterprise Staffing, we have a database of candidates that we have built over the last eight years of business, and that’s just been from constantly recruiting and keeping our finger on the pulse of the community.

Newell Normand:

And one of the beauties too for you is that you guys hold insurance certificates in multiple states, which takes a lot of time for an organization to pull that together as well, right?

Matt Brown:

Yes sir. We can move. If you’ve got a job before working here in Louisiana, but you just got one in Texas and you want to keep the same crew, move the guys over there in an industrial setting or commercial setting, we can move freely between states. So yes, sir.

Newell Normand:

Absolutely. Thank you so much, Matt. Folks at Enterprise Staffing, they always say, to forget the stress leave it to them. Enterprise Staffing is your Gulf Coast Staffing Agency.
