Folks, I’m joined by Matt Brown with Enterprise Staffing. Matt, welcome.
Matt Brown:

Newell Normand:
Matt. One of the things we’ve been talking daily now about why Enterprise Staffing, but there’s something that all offer that’s really quite unique and that’s multi-state insurance. Tell us what that means.
Matt Brown:
That’s correct Newell. As of about a year, let’s see, a year and a half ago, we got our insurance approved for multi-state, and it takes quite a bit of time to get there. But what that does mean is that allows us to work within the United States, wherever shall be. And I can give you an example. So if you’re a commercial electrical contractor and you just landed a job outside of Houston and you need 10 electricians and you’re going to need them, I am allowed to go and pull from Texas without pulling a separate comp. It goes right under my own comp. I just let my insurance company know. So without any lapse in coverage, that’s the problem is you can get into where you have a lapse of coverage because you’re not following guidelines.
Newell Normand:
So obviously you’re talking about workman’s compensation insurance, and obviously those are terms and conditions of any contract that any contractor would have, and therefore all of the employees on that job site would need to be covered, right?
Matt Brown:
Absolutely right, sir,
Newell Normand:
You that is something that Enterprise Staffing offers that we are aware of. Any other staffing companies here locally that have achieved that?
Matt Brown:
I’m not aware of it. A lot of your staffing companies aren’t local, so you do have some of your other ones that have locations all throughout the East Coast and through the West Coast. So those companies are excluded. But for us as a small business, and it’s a huge feat for a small business, a staffing company, to have an insurance company believe in us enough to allow us to work throughout the United States. It’s a very big feat that we accomplish.
Newell Normand:
