Newell Normand:
Matt from Enterprise Staffing joined me today. Matt, I’m kind of curious. What is the benefit of having access to a staffing company to call when we have one disaster after another?
Matt Brown:
Well, it’s a great question. Newell. I’d say one of the main things is a medium to small business might only have 10 full-time employees. Will we allow you the opportunity to scale up to 50 to 100 to complete those projects. And then, like I said, when we’re traveling too, we can either bring the guys with us or if it’s in a very heavily populated area, we’ll pull from the local resources that are already on the ground. And once the job’s over renewal, you just scale back down to normal size, and that’s just minimizing your cost.
Newell Normand:
So when you have the immediate challenge of the byproduct of a disaster, you can be up and running and have the human capital necessary to address whatever you have to address. And more importantly, if my memory serves me correctly, you guys have multi-state insurance. So you’re insured through a number of states in the Gulf South.
Matt Brown:
That’s absolutely correct. What I say is that with that multi-state insurance, we’re ready to do work in Florida. Any other state that’s impacted. In fact, we have a satellite location in Florida, so yes, absolutely, sir.
Newell Normand:
