Newell Normand:
Matt from Enterprise Staffing joins us now. And Matt, the question for today is on drivers. We touched on it the other day, but I’d like to go a little deeper into that. Can you tell me more about how that works?
Matt Brown:
Yeah, Newell, when it comes to drivers, it’s very important that we pay attention to their skillset and their level of abilities basically. So at Enterprise Staffing safety, as we’ve discussed before, is our number one concern. And when we’re talking about drivers, we’re talking about box code drivers, and it can be anywhere from 12 to 32 feet. So the measures that we have are we make sure that they have an up-to-date DOT medical card a clean Motor vehicle record. They could pass a 12-panel drug test and meet the background requirements.
Newell Normand:
And for the most part, these drivers can drive trucks that can move most everything right, short of a hazardous material.
Matt Brown:
Well, it’s kind of like I just heard your segment with The Warehouse and a lot of it’s warehouse drivers, drivers for Warehouse. And we also have staff for the Warehouse as well. But absolutely.
Newell Normand:
Are there other things that Enterprise Staffing does that we haven’t discussed yet?
Matt Brown:
Well, I’ll give you a good example of something we’ve tried. We got a call from a landscape company, I won’t say the name, one of the probably best companies in the city and we’ve never done landscaping before. All they needed was a clean background and the necessary job experience. Over the years, I’d say we’ve probably placed five to seven individuals full-time at that company. And with that, no. I kind of want to close with, the point I’m trying to make is there really isn’t too much that Enterprise Staffing won’t try. And I can promise you personally and promise everyone that our team at Enterprise Staffing is going to give it 100%.
