Newell Normand:
Matt from Enterprise Staffing joins us and Matt, one of your mantras is that you make your client’s goals, your goals, and that’s never more so true than in the area of safety, is it?
Matt Brown:
Sir, you’re right. I would say what kind of differentiates Enterprise in a lot of ways is how we are so hands-on with our workforce with this. I mean, we try to visit job sites weekly, biweekly. We always ensure that our employees have the proper PPE examples of this. We provide cut five glove, high vis safety vest, eye protection work boots, and unexpired hardhats. This in turn, enables us to keep our finger on the pulse of our employees and our client’s needs at the same time. This is part of the commitment basically to safety and service at Enterprise Staffing
Newell Normand:
Because that safety ensures lower insurance rates, lower loss of productivity because the workers are showing up if they’re not injured or otherwise. Right.
