We’re joined by Matt from Enterprise Staffing and Matt, why is it so important to visit job sites?
Matt Brown:
Well, Newell, there’s a couple of good points on this. Number one, it gives us the understanding of what is needed to complete that job and also the duration length of that job so we can get the right person. It also ensures that our employees have the proper PPE. This maintains a safe culture, which in turn lowers insurance costs, and actually both parties and if there are any PPE issues, like such as Losing the Hard Hat, needs a new safety vest, gloves, gloves are worn out, I can handle those just right there on the job and really know when it comes down to it. It gives us accountability for our workforce and it also helps our clients by determining their job needs.
