Newell Normand:
You’ve heard me say many times about the trials and tribulations of finding candidates, and I wanted you to hear it from Enterprise Staffing themselves. So Matt from Enterprise Staffing joins me, and Matt simply, why use Enterprise Staffing?

And the interesting thing about that is the individual that works for you, and that scale down is that you have so many other opportunities for them as well. So, it’s a win-win on both sides of the equation. Right?
Matt Brown:
Absolutely, I mean, that’s another great point. Yeah, we do have multiple customers, so if one job scales down and one’s scaling up, we can actually make that transition, and we make it seamless and it’s just a very smooth process.
Newell Normand:
And with the economy in a little bit of an unpredictable state that it is to today, being nimble, being flexible may be two components that have heightened in importance. Right?
Matt Brown:
Oh, I absolutely agree. Having the ability to make your company go from 5 people to 25 people in a few days or even a week, and then when the project’s done in two months to be able to go back to that 5 people, the cost you’re saving is, I don’t really think I have to explain how much money you’d be saving.
Newell Normand:
