Right. We are constantly recruiting people that are coming in and out of the workforce every day for different reasons.

When you say it stays ahead of your clients’ needs, what does that mean exactly?
Kelly McGovern:
Well, sometimes there isn’t an open position. Our client doesn’t have a need at the time, so every day, no matter if we have an opening or not for that position, we’re still recruiting every day because there’s always projects scaling up and down. So we’ll have that worker available when ready.
