Folks, you’ve heard me talking about Enterprise Staffing for some time now, and Matt Brown from Enterprise Staffing joins us. Matt, welcome.

Hey, thank you. How are you today?

So Matt, last week we talked about what are some of the things that set Enterprise Staffing apart and why utilize Enterprise Staffing, but there’s so much more, right?

Oh, absolutely. I mean, you can just, like I said, we can talk forever, but your hiring challenges that we’re taking away from the customer, such as the number two things are the amount of time and resources it takes to bring someone on. I mean, our office makes on an average of a hundred calls a day, 2000 a month, and I’d say five to 10% of those make it through the actual application process, which is a three to four part process.

And that consumes a lot of time for any business entity, whether small, medium size, or large.
Matt Brown:
Absolutely, absolutely. One candidate can take up to three to five hours,
Newell Normand:
But with all this nets is the availability of a workforce because as you’re going and consistently going through this process, you are yielding opportunities and upside because there’s a development of one of the largest workforces in the region. Correct?
Matt Brown:
You’re absolutely correct. I mean it, we just have to keep building on our base and keep building on our base. And I mean, I can say after nine years we’re making headway, but we’ve got a long way to go and that’s how difficult it is.
