Newell Normand:
We have Matt from Enterprise Staffing join us. And Matt, there are a lot of differences relative to staffing. Please inform us as to what those are.
Matt Brown:
Well, you got a difference between day labor and enterprise staff. And with Enterprise we take a more tailored approach, which means we are vetting our employees to find the right skill set for the customer. We also take a unique approach to ensure that the customer employees’ needs are met. Our goal is for enterprise to find the job and career that suits their skillset. Real simply putting, at the end of the day, it is all about finding the right fit for the customer and employee’s needs.
Newell Normand:
And the relationship is developed. That’s developed is that although they may work for you now, they could possibly end up working for your client tomorrow. And from your perspective, that’s a win.
Matt Brown:
Absolutely. It’s just a win. We want nothing but the best for these guys and it is just always great to see someone grab hold of a trade and just really just flourish. I mean, we’ve seen a guy go from a $15 an hour employee to a company truck making $40 an hour in industrial. So there’s great success stories and we take a lot of pride in that.
Newell Normand:
All about opportunity. And if you have an interest in exploiting these opportunities, you want to give matter Kelly a call at Enterprise Staffing at (504) 285-0223 or check out online at Enterprisestaffing.com. Enterprise Staffing will help you find the employee you always wanted. Thank you, Matt.
Matt Brown:
Thank you.
